Full Journal pdf2021-04-09 House Journal Page 0567 HB 10 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 7 calendar (page 547), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 10 "An Act relating to the Funter Bay marine park unit of the state park system; relating to protection of the social and historical significance of the Unangax^ cemetery located in Funter Bay; providing for the amendment of the management plan for the Funter Bay marine park unit; and providing for an effective date." Representative Fields rose to a point of order asking that members not impugn the motives of others. The Speaker cautioned the member to confine remarks to the bill. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Rauscher be excused from the call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HB 10 pass the House?" Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
